University of West Florida reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). Bids submitted shall remain firm and effective for a period of five (5) days following the closing date. Successful bidder will be required to remit payment to PUBLIC SURPLUS P.O.box 50676 Provo, UT 84605 within five (5) calendar days. All sales are final and subject to 7.5% Escambia County/Florida sales tax. Items must be removed within ten (10) working days from date of notice of award. The successful bidder is responsible for all labor needed for loading and hauling. No service of any kind will be furnished by University of West Florida. Successful bidder will be directed to University of West Florida storage facility upon payment of the bid amount for pick-up of property. Some items may be located at another site. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. Appointment is needed before pick up. Pick up times are Mon.-Fri. 7:30 a.m until 11:30 a.m..
