Open Viewing:
Open viewing during our Surplus Store sale on Mondays, UI Surplus Store Hours are 10a-12p and 1pm-4p. To view this item Tuesdays through Fridays please call ahead and make arrangements.

Item Pickup:
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will University of Idaho assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed 10a-12p and 1pm-4p, Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
Store purchases can be made from Surplus Store only during regular store hours.

Buyer's Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
ALL sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from agencies premises within 5 business days or schedule pickup from notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: University of Idaho may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
University of Idaho will charge a sales tax of 6%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s).
