Standard Disclaimer for City of Surprise, AZ: Payments to be made online or by wire transfer to Public Surplus. Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the auction ending date & time and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) business days from the auction ending date & time. If either of these terms are not met, you will be blocked from bidding on city of Surprise auctions. We DO NOT provide shipping of items. All items must be picked up, in as-is condition, in accordance with the Pick Up Procedures listed in the Terms and Conditions. No service of any kind will be furnished by the city of Surprise, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling. Pick up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. City of Surprise sales tax of 8.5% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment. The City of Surprise online auctions are open to the general public.
