The General Services Division of the SC Budget and Control Board operates South Carolina's Surplus Property Office with the purpose of disposing of surplus property and equipment for the State and Federal Governments. By law, all property owned by the State must be disposed of only through the surplus property process. The Surplus Property Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am til 4:30pm and is located at 1441 Boston Avenue, West Columbia, South Carolina.
