  • $500 refundable deposit required by 5:00 PM MDT on May 22nd to bid on properties.  Refer to Terms and Conditions available on each property and scroll down to Payment Section for instructions regarding deposit.
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED: THE $500 DEPOSIT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE AMOUNT DUE FOR ANY AUCTIONS AWARDED TO YOU.  The bid deposit will be refunded upon payment of your awarded auction(s).  If you are not awarded any auction, your bid deposit will be refunded after the end of the sale. The wire transfer instructions for FINAL PAYMENT will be included in the “Winning Email Notice” that is sent out to all awarded winners at the conclusion of the auction.  THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS THE INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND IN YOUR BID DEPOSIT. PLEASE VIEW THE INSTRUCTIONS VIA THE WINNING NOTICE, BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY PAYMENTS.
