Vehicle was found in a city parking lot. No keys were found in the vehicle. Unsure if vehicle runs. Battery is dead. Tires are in poor condition. Vehicle was impounded. notification was made to previous owner with no response.

Sitka is isolated community, and all items must be shipped by air or sea (barge).
