Ensure you have the necessary help, equipment and vehicles to accommodate the loading of items. SUSD #30 DOES NOT provide any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods required for removal and transport of the items. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of all items.
Lots purchased must be paid for in their entirety within 5 days of the end of Auction. Items not picked up within 5 business days may be considered abandoned by SUSD #30 and will revert back to SUSD #30 to re-sell or dispose of the property. This may also result in the loss of future bidding privileges by the Buyer with SUSD #30.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
