Item is sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
Buyer is responsible for pick-up, removal, and disassembly of the item.
Seller will not provide assistance, tools, or labor for disassembly or transport.
All sales are final.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. After notification of award, pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days unless otherwise specified in the item listing. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
