Camera's and misc. items for sale. Cannon cameras, one Sony and lenses. A camcorder, tripods and a few misc. items. 
 
 
PICK UP:  Pick up time is Monday – Thursday 6 AM – 2 PM ONLY, Fridays 6AM -11AM ONLY

This item is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Surplus Property (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchant ability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items Must be paid for and picked up no later than 10 working days.

  • The buyer must make arrangements with the seller to coordinate a pick up time and date. If the buyer shows up without making arrangements, they will be turned away. Contact Inventory Control (Lon Dobrosky or Jeremy Stith)@ 623-773-7490.
The Buyer will perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. You must bring help with you if the item is unmanageable by yourself

City of Peoria may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Peoria.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

The City of Peoria will charge a sales tax of 8.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. The City of Peoria will not provide labor.

Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
