All wiring and installation of listed electrical/HVAC items is complete and tested; needs appropriate power supplied by a licensed electrician.
 
Vehicles, Bobcat, forks, etc. not included.  This lot only includes the building, listed materials, keys to the building and remote for the AC unit.

Be also advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, packing, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick-ups at the location listed in each auction description, within the proper time frame, no exceptions. Terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your purchase. Canadian Valley Tech Center does not assist with any loading of any form.

Monday-Friday, May 14-20th, 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
Items will not be available any other days/times.

If you arrive after 3:00pm, you will not have access to your items.
