Understand that NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES are offered. Viewing of item by appointment only. Failure to purchase items awarded will result in a permanent ban from future Canadian Valley Technology Center auctions. Your account will be blocked. We reserve the right to refuse any or all bids or to recall any item during the bidding process. We do not ship any items. All items are to be picked up at the item location as mentioned on each auction. You may pick up items dates and times specified in each auction. The buyer is responsible for item pick up. We will not be responsible for items after they leave our premises. Buyer assumes all responsibility of items including proper storage and disposal. PAYMENT INFORMATION - Payment and pick-up is required within five (5) business days as specified in the auction description. If a customer pays for and does not pick up the item(s) after the five (5) specified business days, Canadian Valley Technology Center will consider the property abandoned and payment will not be refunded. We also reserve the right to dispose of the item or offer to the next high bidder if above conditions are not met. Payment can be made prior to or at time of pickup with a money order, cashier's check, or cash. We do honor VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER cards only. Payment can be made in person or over the phone. PRIVACY - Information gathered is used for the purpose of conducting the auction sale and will not be used for any unrelated purpose. Personal information will not be released to any other party, except as required by law.
