Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after Notice of Award. PayMac handles all payments for California State University, Long Beach. Acceptable forms of payment are Credit Card or Wire Transfer - NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! For payments over $4,000.00, a Wire Transfer is required. Buyer will receive notification when payment has posted.
California State University, Long Beach may charge applicable SALES TAX [10.5%]. If the buyer holds a valid CALIFORNIA Exemption Certificate, please forward a copy BEFORE payment is made.
Buyer will be solely responsible for the removal of item(s) from the agency's premises. California State University, Long Beach will not ship, nor prepare item(s) for shipment. Loading assistance may be offered at an additional cost.
Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after Payment Notification. Pick-up hours BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
