This vehicle was operational when removed from service on November 21, 2025.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-Battery is dead, will require a jump or replacement of batteries at time of pickup.
-Undiagnosed Coolant leak. 
-One external camera lens is cracked. 
No other issues noted by our Fleet department. Unknown issues may exist.

Vehicle will not have a license plate at time of pick up by winning bidder.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Pick-up appointments are available between 7AM TO 3:30PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the City of Kennewick will not release the item to you.
