Upon sale, vessel will have to be removed from the Santa Cruz Harbor. Buyer responsible for all transportation.
Vessel is being sold "as-is" and may suffer from unknown mechanical or operational defects.  No guarantees or warranties are provided. 

Pick up:

Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

For the purchase of on-road vehicles that will be registered and operated by the Buyer within the State of California, Buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles and paying any and all sales tax that may be due. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises and is responsible for packing, loading, shipping and/or transporting of items if necessary, and no later than 10 days after "notice of award."
