• Description: The table features a square laminate top with a pink/gray marbled pattern and a black metal pedestal base. The chair is brown vinyl with a black metal frame.
  
• The table approximately measure: -30”W-23D-29”H
• Normal wear from use and storage. Laminate top shows cosmetic wear on edges. Chair vinyl intact; minor scuffs may be present.
• Oveall in good condition.

• The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
• You must bring help with you if the item is unmanageable by yourself.

Payment must be made online within (5) business days after the auction closes and picked up within (5) business days after payment has been made.

All Sales are Final and subject to Alachua County/Florida Sales Tax. Only Online Payments will be accepted.

Once an auction goes into default, the item will NO longer be available for purchase. UF Surplus reserves the right to keep any funds for items not picked up in a timely manner. NO Refunds will be issued.
