Description
Up for auction is a lot of 21 office task chairs with adjustable height and swivel bases. These chairs feature a simple ergonomic design with padded seats and backs, mounted on chrome five-star bases with casters for mobility. Great opportunity for bulk buyers, refurbishers, or anyone needing chairs for a workshop or temporary setup. With a little work, these chairs can be restored for long-term use.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Clemson University will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours, by appointment only, are normally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM EST except for university holidays or noted otherwise. Most surplus property is located at Clemson University Surplus and Receiving 108 Perimeter Rd Clemson SC 29634 but some items may be at other university locations across the state of South Carolina.
