This rifle is in USED condition. No information exists on its history. We highly recommend you have a professional inspect it prior to use. IT IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO FITNESS FOR ANY USE.
YOU MUST READ AND FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS IN ORDER TO BID:
1. EMAIL a copy of your FFL to: DONCLAYTON@THEPUBLICGROUP.COM - THIS EMAIL MUST ALSO CONTAIN YOUR PUBLIC SURPLUS USER NAME. Until this EMAIL is received at this email address you will not be authorized to bid. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS FIREARM WILL NOT BE SOLD TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HOLD A VALID FFL. THIS MEANS CLEARLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN FFL YOU CANNOT BID.
2. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be required to pickup the firearm(s) within 5 days of auction closing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will result in loss of the auction and the payment previously made. You will also be blocked from bidding on all future auctions if this is not completed.
3. THERE IS NO SHIPPING OF THESE ITEMS. THEY MUST BE PICKED UP BY A LICENSED FFL DEALER HOWEVER YOU MAY AUTHORIZE A LOCAL FFL TO PICK UP AND SHIP TO YOU FOR A SEPARATE FEE.
THE PICKUP LOCATION IS THE CURRENT LOCATION OF THE FIREARM AND IS NOT A TFC FACILITY.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. Off Road equipment there is a 1.5% surcharge if applicable.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
