The truck may be inspected and driven by appointment only. Make all inquiries between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. The truck is located at 5617 Neches Street, Houston Texas, 77026, off Hwy 59 at Kelley Street.
TERMS OF SALE: Purchase must be paid in full within 5 working days of auction closing. Truck may be removed immediately after notification of the buyer that the payment has cleared but not later than 10 working days after close of the auction. Buyer is responsible for removal of the truck from City property. City of Houston logos will be removed and shop numbers painted over prior to delivery.
This truck is sold, "AS IS, WHERE IS", without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during sale or by removal of the truck from City property. Truck must be picked up at the location given. Bidder must read the terms and conditions for complete information.

Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
