Retired law enforcement vehicle. The vehicle runs, has been maintained, and can be driven. It has minor dents and scratches and seats are worn. One windshield wiper is not working. No center console. Some rust.
Payment and pick up must occur within 30 calendar days after notification of award.
PICKUP
Items must be picked up locally by the auction winner or an authorized third party. Person picking up must be 18 years or older.
Hours for pick-up are 8:00 AM -4:00PM Monday through Friday

PayMac, Inc, handles all payments for Tillamook County. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
All items are sold "as is", "where is".
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.
Tillamook County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.(excluding holidays) in Tillamook, Oregon. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item within thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise indicated in the auction. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
