We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. We do our best to describe each auction to the best of our ability and again reiterate, WE ARE NOT EXPERTS AND DO NOT INSPECT EACH AND EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS. Therefore, we strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all items of interest prior to bidding on an item.
The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from the warehouse. WE CANNOT SHIP ITEMS. However, winning bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship their item(s).
When a customer wins an auction that includes multiple items, the customer MUST take all of the items with them at time of pickup. We cannot allow anyone to "cherry pick" items and leave the rest for us to dispose of. We are not allowed to keep the excess. The management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.
After the auction, the winning bidder must first pay for the item either online by credit card or at the City of Houston's Property Disposal Management Office ("PDMO") located at 2511 Broad St., Houston, TX 77087. Money orders or cashiers check payments must be made in person at PDMO. Payment and removal of the auction items must be made within 7 calendar days of the auction's close.

All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.
Items sold must be paid for and picked up within 5 Business days of the close of the auction at the City location indicated, unless otherwise stated in description. Pick up times may vary at each location. Bidder must read the Terms and Conditions for complete information.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting items offered online and all bids must be based solely on the buyer's personal inspection and evaluation of the item.
WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, THE WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF THE ITEM.
No service of any kind will be furnished by the City of Houston. The winning bidder will assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.
Buyers Premium A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Houston.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
