Description
The only pickup dates for this auction are July 6 and July 7 from 8 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM. No appointments are needed. All items must be paid for 24 hours before pickup. You must have your receipt as the school employee will not know what you are getting. The school is scheduled for demolition and they are on a tight schedule, so please allow for your time in travel, loading, traffic jams, rest stops, etc. The building is locked at 3 PM and is unmanned. Do not show up at 2:35 to pick up 120 items, as you will be turned away. Any items not picked up by this time will be forfeited with no refunds. Please bring help as the school cannot and will not assist you in loading, SHIPPING, or packing. You are Bidding only on what is in the description, not what is on top of it or inside of it unless specified
We have for sale today as shown 68 feet of wall padding for gymnasium. Buyer removes. You get it all for one price

All items are where is, as is. We give the most accurate description possible, but encourage buyers to inspect items personally. All items listed were fully functional when stored, unless otherwise listed. Buyers have 5 days to pay for item after winning the auction, and must remove items within 5 days of payment. Failure to do so may cause storage fees to be charged until pick up is completed. ALL items purchased must be removed from its location by the buyer. Seller retains the right to cancel the auction at any time, and to accept or refuse any offers. TO THE WALL, FLOOR, ETC. WILL BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER.
Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the room, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment is extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING, SHIPPING, OR OTHERWISE OF ANY ITEMS SOLD.
ALL SCHOOL PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED FROM VEHICLES BEFORE SALE, I.E. RADIOS, EXTINGUISHERS, ETC.
PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, VANS, NOT VW'S OR FIATS.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.NO CASH, CHECKS, etc.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 calendar days, and pickup within 5 calendar days of payment, unless otherwise specified in the auction listing
Public Surplus will charge a sales tax for location of purchase.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. ALL items MUST be paid within 5 calendar days. unless specified by the auction.Buyer must remove auction item(s) from agencies premises within 5 calendar days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the AUCTION
If said items are not picked up at the times listed,the buyer forfeits ALL rights to the item(s) NO Refunds will be given . The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up.
BMAM/OSB may require bid deposits.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s). The Vendor does NOT ship, Pack, or handle
