Description
Item must be removed at bidders' expense no later than ten (10) working days after notification of award.
PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for CFK.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. The item will not be released to the bidder until full payment, including applicable taxes, is received.
CFK may charge sales tax unless buyer has provided a valid tax exemption certificate. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Risk, loss or injury:
A. CFK will not be responsible for injury to persons making inspection or removing the item.
B. The bidder agrees to accept all responsibility for damage to property occurring while removing the purchased property.
C. CFK will not be responsible for the protection, loss or damage of the purchased property after the bid has been awarded.
Rejection of Bid: CFK reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
