Items are sold AS IS.
Once you have paid, I will receive a receipt. Please contact me for a pickup date. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP without making an appointment. When you come, you will need a copy showing you are the auction winner and a valid driver’s license. WE DO NOT SHIP. WE DO NOT ALLOW PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS. If you cannot pick it up, the only way is that you have a friend arrive with a scheduled appointment with a document that you are the winner of the auction, a written letter allowing (name) to pick up your item and a copy of your drivers license and your friend has to show an ID as well.

Bid Deposits. Tucson Airport Authority may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
Notice of Award. Successful bidders will receive a Notice of Award by email from PublicSurplus.com.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the TAA's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Tucson Airport Authority will not release the item to you.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s). The Tucson Airport Authority will not ship.
Buyer's premium of 9.75% will be added.
