CoolBot Walk-In Cooler w/CoolBot Pro temperature controller
The CoolBot Pro Walk-in cooler includes an LG Air Conditioner(see pic) & CoolBot Pro temperature controller. Floor base does have scuff marks.

Panels are rated R28 with 4" of rigid-foam-in-place insulation allowing us to guarantee you running as low as 34F. While the CoolBot Pro controls the cooling capabilities of the system, it does not control the humidity inside of the Cooler.
The natural humidity hovers around 65%-70%. Some customers will place a small, portable humidifier/dehumidifier inside to be more dialed in and control humidity levels.
Unit was put into service January 2024 and removed from service July 2026. Unit was in a climate-controlled lab. Working as it should until removed from service

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days of close of auction.
Buyer is responsible for paying the 8.25% sales tax over the final sell price.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: TAMU-CC may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
