Auction Item/Lot Details

- Phone has been reset to factory settings. Previously used on the Verizon network, compatibility with other networks is unknown.
- Item powers up to setup with no further testing done and is sold "as/is". Battery life is not guaranteed.
- Please see the pictures of a stock unit within our inventory, this is a representation of the quality and condition you can expect to receive. Photo of phone screen is from the actual unit. Power cord and other accessories are not included.
Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up:
-After winning auction, complete payment, then call 602-236-2017 to schedule an appointment for pick-up.
-Pick-up appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
-Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance.
-Attempted pick-ups without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions.
Pick-up procedure:
-Drive down Western Canal Path/Divot Dr and check in at the security station.
-After checking in, turn right (south) and back up to the first warehouse on your right-hand (west) side. The warehouse has two large double doors.
-Buyer will be responsible for loading and securing items with basic forklift loading available for large items.
-Please bring an appropriate vehicle to pick-up the purchased item. Unsafe loading situations will be turned away.
General Guideline and Statements:
-Payment must occur within nine (9) calendar days of notification of auction win.
-Shipping will occur within two (2) business days of notification of payment.
-Failure to comply will result in being blocked from future auctions as well as forfeiture of purchased material and/or payments.
-Items being shipped are exactly as shown, no exceptions.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Salt River Project will charge a sales tax of 8.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bid
