2010 Ford Fusion, this was a police admin vehicle and was used as such.  There is no warranty and it will be sold as-is.  This vehicle has been serviced and repaired by our fleet services, service records available. 

 

Mechanical: Engine runs well, and transmission works great, brake pedal is soft.

Body: Holes have been drilled in the body for the installation of police equipment, minor body damage and scratches  typical of a police vehicle, including a dent in the passenger rear door, a damaged rear bumper and dented drivers B pillar trim.

Interior: Gray and tan cloth, driver’s seat is slightly worn out, stained with tape over a hole, passenger seat is also stained.  Rear seat also stained.   Holes in dash and console multiple locations.  

Options: A/C (unknown operation), air bags, CD player, Power mirrors, cruise control, ABS, traction control, power windows and door locks.

City of Port Townsend will charge a sales tax of 9.1% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
