Tractor and Mower are currently operational and have bee used together as a roadside mowing unit.

Bid Deposits: Rock Island County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Acceptable forms of payment are, Cash, Money Order, Cashier's-Check and Certified Check and must be payable to Rock Island County Highway Dept.

Payment for an awarded item must-be-received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Buyers Premium; A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. If the item is not picked up within ten (10) business days Rock Island County Highway Dept. reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. The Notice of Award, the Payment Receipt, and Personal Identification must-be-presented at the time of pick-up or the Rock Island County Highway Dept. will not release the item to you.
