VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
Vehicle will start and can be driven. AC blows cold. Interior and exterior are in good condition. Tires are in good shape. Roof had been fixed from light bar holes. See pictures. NO KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE.
NOTE
In need of State Inspection. Last Inspection7/25. Inspection sticker removed when listed on Public Surplus per County policy.

VIEWING AN AUCTION ITEM
Auction items may be viewed by appointment only at the Roanoke County Fleet Service Center, which is located at 5235 Hollins Road, Roanoke, VA 24019. Please call 540-362-2132 to schedule an appointment to view. Appointments may be scheduled from 09:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
AUCTION QUESTIONS
Questions asked on auction closing date may or may not be answered before auction closing.
INFORMATION FOR WINNING BIDDERS
- Payments must be made in the form of a cashiers check or money order payable to County of Roanoke.
- 6.5% Auction Fee will be added to the final sale price and will be collected at the time of payment
- Auctions will be scheduled for pick-up from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday.
- Winning Bidder will be notified via phone call or email to schedule pick up.
- The winning bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. Non-operational vehicles must be towed.
- No maintenance whatsoever will be allowed on County property other than installation of a new battery.
- We do not provide temporary tags.
- Vehicles will be titled by the DMV to the winning bidder or their business - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If someone other than the bidder is picking up the Auction, please email a letter of authorization from the winning bidder's email account to VehicleMaint@roanokecountyva.gov. Letter must include the winning bidder's name, auction number, title information, and the third party's name. Please also include a copy of YOUR (winning bidder) driver's license. The third party must show their driver's license at the time of pick up. We WILL NOT release anything until we receive this information.
