NOTE: Pick up of auction item is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring photo ID to the Central Property Office located at 1600 Wells St. on the Main Campus BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! WE WILL NOT SCHEDULE PICKUPS FOR WEDNESDAYS!
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the item(s) WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION of award of the winning bid. The Notice of Award, the payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.
If the successful bidder does not remove or make reasonable accommodation for the removal of items within twenty one (21) days of winning and subsequent payment, the user will be blocked from all bidding at NMSU.
NO ATTEMPT AT BEING UNBLOCKED WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Payment for an awarded item must be received WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS after Notice of Award of the winning bid.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
PayMac handles all payments for NMSU. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
