Payment must be received within (5 ) days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within (10) days from the Notice of Award.
Payment hours will be as follows:
8:00am-12:00pm Monday through Friday
12:30pm-3:00pm Monday through Friday
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary.
Upon receipt of award: Payment must be made by Cash (U. S. currency only), Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to Morton County Highway Department .
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
