Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) days from the Notice of Award.

Payment shall be made by bank cashiers check or money order. No personal checks unless certified by your bank. All instruments shall be made payable to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
State sales tax (6% of purchase price or 6% of half the NADA trade-in value whichever is greater) shall be collected (separately) from all Kentucky residents for vehicle purchases. A 6% sales tax shall be collected for vehicles from residents of AZ,CA,FL,IN,MI,SC and WA.
