Credit card (subject to Public Surplus' current $4,000 per transaction limit) or wire transfer only; no cash/checks/money orders. *Release. Release occurs only after cleared funds and presentation of the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt, and ID. Third party pickups require written authorization and ID. The City will update Public Surplus after pickup.
