Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Hieberts Addition to Mountain Lake: thence Southerly on the West Boundary line of said lot to the Southwest corner thereof; thence East along the South boundary line 198.2 feet thence Northwesterly, parallel with west boundary line, 93 feet; thence Southwesterly, parallel with the North boundary line of said lot, 104 feet; thence Northwesterly, parallel with the West boundary line 36 feet; thence in a straight line Northwesterly to a point on the North line of said lot 2 a distance of 60 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of said lot; thence Westerly to the Northwest corner thereof, being the point of commencement, except, however, those parts thereof described as follows:
 
1. The most Easterly part of the above described tract which has a 65 foot frontage on Boxelder Street and the Easterly and Westerly boundary lines of which tract are parallel with the West boundary line of lot 2, block 1, of said addition;

Failure to make payment within ten (10) business days may result in the item going to the next highest bidder. We reserve the right to block/ban bidders who refuse to pay for land purchased.
