 Items are sold as-is, where-is.  The City of Henderson makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition or quality of the surplus item(s) being sold.  The descriptions of the items are written to the best of our knowledge and are believed to be correct.  All sales are final – no refunds.  Bidders are encouraged to inspect the item(s) prior to bidding.  Appointments to view the item(s) can be made by calling Vincent M. at (702)449-8839. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any bid.
Buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, packing, transporting, picking up etc. Please bring any necessary equipment, tools and manpower required to remove, load and transport the item.  The City of Henderson does not assist with loading, securing, transporting, etc. If a third party is picking up the items on your behalf, please email Purchasing@cityofhenderson.com giving consent and authorization allowing pick up.  Items will not be released without consent from the buyer.

Pick-up hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pickups must be scheduled at least one (1) City of Henderson business day in advance. 

This is a Dutch Auction. For example: If Bidder A bids on 3 items for $5.00 each, and Bidder B bid on 2 items for $15.00 each, Bidder B is awarded their units first, then Bidder A is offered the remaining units.

Bid Deposits: City of Henderson may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
