Items Are Sold As Is-Where Is And All Sales Are Final - NO REFUNDS. The Items
have been described to the best of our ability. We do not always have first
hand knowledge of the items sold. Understand that NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
are offered. It is recommended the items be viewed prior to placing a bid.
Failure to purchase items awarded will result in a permanent ban from future
auctions. Your account will be locked. We reserve the right to refuse any or
all bids. We do not ship any items. All items are to be picked up, with prior
arrangements, at our location, 100
Career Tech Road, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. Call our Purchasing/Receiving
Clerk at 405-643-3292. You may pickup items Monday through Friday between 8:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Valid photo identification is required at time of pickup,
even if paying cash. You must arrange for packaging, pickup, insurance, and
delivery with a carrier of your choice. We will not be responsible for items
after they leave our premises. Buyer assumes all responsibility of items
including proper storage and disposal. PAYMENT INFORMATION - Payment is
required within ten (10) working days of the close of the auction. Items must
be removed within five (5) workdays after payment is received. Starting the
sixth workday a storage fee of 15% of the accepted bid will be assessed for
each workday up to 30 days at which time we reserve the right to dispose of the
item or offer to thenext high bidder.
Payment can be made prior to or at time of pickup with a money order, cashier's
check, or cash (if paying via mail do not send cash). We do honor VISA and
MASTERCARD only. PRIVACY - Information gathered is used for the purpose of
conducting the auction sale and will not be used for any unrelated purpose.
Personal information will not be released to any other party, except as
required by law.
