Terms of Sale - Payment for item(s)
must be made by money order, cashier's check credit card (MasterCard
or Visa). Buyers must show proof of identity at time of payment and
pick up. All sales are subject to Central Tech confirmation.
Successful bidder must present copy of email notification certifying
winning bid at time of payment. Payment must be made within 10
business days of close of the auction at the Central Tech
Administrative Offices located at 3 CT Circle, Drumright, Oklahoma
unless otherwise noted in the description of the item sold.
2. No
Warranty - The descriptions of items appearing in this on-line
auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those
descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Central Tech
concerning any item shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or
implied; items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items offered
prior to bidding and bid based solely on your personal inspection and
evaluation of the item.
3. Release - The bidder, its
predecessors, successors and assigns hereby release, relinquish and
discharge Central Tech, its former, present and future agents,
employees and officers from any liability arising out of the sale of
this property, and for any injury, or damage to persons or property,
where such damage is sustained in connection with or arising out of
the sale of this surplus property.
4. Removal - All items sold
are to be picked up at the Central Technology Center, maintenance
dock, 3 CT Circle, Drumright, Oklahoma, unless otherwise noted in the
item's description. Buyer must pick up items within 10 business days
of close of the auction Monday through Friday during the hours of
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM excluding Central Tech holidays.
