AND CONDITIONS RULES OF THE ON LINE SALE
All
Items Are Sold As Is-Where Is And All Sales Are Final.�
NO
REFUNDS/RETURNS/ADJUSTMENTS.� The items
have been described to the best of our ability. Items for sale are used and may
contain defects not immediately detectable. Understand that NO GUARANTEES OR
WARRANTIES are offered. It is recommended the items be viewed prior to placing
a bid. Bidders must contact the person listed to schedule an inspection.
Viewing of bid items will be by appointment only and prior to the auction
closing date.
Successful
bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all items awarded to
them from the place where the property is located. The buyer will make all
arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, crating, pick
up, loading and transportation of the property.�
Under no circumstances will Metro Technology Centers assume
responsibility for packing, crating, pick up, loading, shipping, freight,
and/or insurance.� We will not be
responsible for items after they leave our premises.� Buyer assumes all responsibility of items
after the award is made.� Metro
Technology Centers will exercise its normal care for protection up to the time
of removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever.
Successful bidder assumes responsibility for proper storage and disposal of any
and all items.�� Full payment is required
prior to pick up of any and all awarded items.�
We reserve the right to refuse any or all bids and withdraw any items
from the sale. We reserve the right to dispose of the item or offer it to the
next high bidder.
PAYMENT
INFORMATION - Payment is required
within five (5) working days
of the close of the auction. Items must be removed within five (5)
workdays after close of the auction.�
Payment can be made with cash (U.S. currency only), money order,
cashier's check, or major credit card.�
If paying by cash, exact amount will be required; do not send cash
through the mail.� Remit payment in
person or over phone to Metro Technology Centers, 1524 Staton Drive, Oklahoma
City, OK 73111.�
All
items are to be picked up, by appointment only, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Payment
and pick up hours will be:
Monday
through Friday between 8:00 a.m.to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
DEFAULT
- Default shall include (1) failure to observe terms and conditions, (2)
failure to make good and timely payment, (3) failure to remove all items within
the specified time.� Failure to purchase
items awarded will result in a permanent ban from future auctions.� Your account will be locked.
By
submitting a bid, the bidder agrees that they have read, fully understand and
accept these Terms and Conditions of Online Sales, and agree to pay for and
remove the item(s), if the bid is accepted, by the dates and times specified.
VEHICLE
TITLES - Metro Technology Centers will issue a title upon receipt of
payment.� Open titles cannot be issued -
buyer will be required to sign the title, as such, at time of purchase.� Title will be notarized at Metro Technology
Centers.�
Under
no circumstances will Metro Technology Centers be liable to any person or
business entity for any direct or indirect, special incidents, consequential,
or other damages or losses based on or caused by any use of the auction web
site or any other web site to which the site is linked, the content of such web
sites, or any viruses or other harmful components derived from any such web
sites, including, without limitation, any lost profits, revenue or use,
business interruption, or loss of computer programs or information.
