1. CAVEAT EMPTOR: The descriptions provided are based solely upon general observations. Items may need repair or be incomplete. Potential bidders are invited and strongly advised to carefully inspect property offered in the invitation prior to submitting a bid. Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the withdrawal of a bid after the auction's close.

All property listed in the invitation is offered for sale "AS-IS". The County of Mohave, Arizona makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to kind, character or quality of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose.

Any oral statement or representation by any representative of the Government, changing or supplementing the invitation or any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the Bidder or Purchaser. Further, no interpretation of any provision of the contract, including applicable performance requirements, shall be binding on the County unless furnished or agreed to, in writing, by the Mohave County's Procurement Director or her designated representative.
