RULES OF SALE: All Items Are Sold As Is - Where Is and All Sales Are Final - NO
REFUNDS. The items have been described to the best of our ability. We do not
always have first-hand knowledge of the items sold. Understand that NO
GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES are offered. It is recommended the items be viewed
prior to placing a bid. Failure to purchase items awarded will result in a
permanent ban from future auctions. Your account will be locked. We reserve the
right to refuse any or all bids. We do not ship any items. All items are to be
picked up, with prior arrangements, at our location, 1312 South Sangre Road,
Stillwater, Oklahoma. Call Tammy Ford at 405-377-3333. You may pick up items
Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. to
noon - please call in advance. You must arrange for packaging, pickup,
insurance, and delivery with a carrier of your choice. We will not be
responsible for items after they leave our premises. Buyer assumes all
responsibility of items including proper storage and disposal.
PAYMENT INFORMATION - Payment is required within ten (10) working days of the
close of the auction. Items must be removed within five (5) workdays after
payment is received. Payment can be made prior to or at time of pickup with a
money order, cashier's check, cash, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.? If paying via credit card over the telephone
or email, we will require a credit card authorization form, a copy of the
buyer?s drivers license and a copy of the front of
the credit card. If an item has not been picked up within the allotted time or
the required documentation is not provided, we reserve the right to block the
user from future auctions and relist the items for resale. If payment has been
made but items never picked up, we reserve the right to relist the items and
block the user with no refund due the buyer.
PRIVACY - Information gathered is used for the purpose of conducting the
auction sale and will not be used for any unrelated purpose. Personal
information will not be released to any other party, except as required by law.
