Item (s) must be paid for within five (5) days and pick up within seven (7) days of auction close.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency's premises within seven (7) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise.
No appointment necessary for pickup.

-Alpine School District Surplus General Disclaimer: We expect you to honor your bid and complete the transaction if you are the successful bidder. Failure to pay for and pick up items awarded within the listed time frame, will result in a permanent block from future auctions. (If you have been blocked by more than 2 other agencies, you may be automatically blocked from our auctions.) Alpine School District Surplus reserves the right to withdraw or refuse any or all bids on any items being offered. Alpine School District Surplus further reserves the right to cancel any or all items for any reason any time before auction closing.

-All Items are Sold As Is-Where Is: Alpine School District Surplus recommends that all bidders view/inspect auction items before placing a bid. All items are sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults, if any". Alpine School District Surplus OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. All sales are final. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS OR THE CURRENT CONDITION IT IS IN.

-Viewing of Items: We are open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our summer hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Closed on Holidays. Alpine School District Surplus 490 North State, Lindon, Utah.

-Payment and Pickup Information: PayMac, a third-party payment processing company, receives and processes ALL payments for Alpine School District Surplus. Payment for an awarded item must be received by PayMac within 5 business days of close of auction.

Payment may only be made online by credit card, or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Utah sales tax shall be added to all purchases, except for the purchase of items with a title where taxes are paid at registration.

Sales Tax Exemption for resellers, you will need to fill out
The Utah Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and email it to asdsurplus@alpinedistrict.org. Please include your Public Surplus User Name.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from Alpine School District Surplus, Property premises within 7 business days of notification of award by Public Surplus. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or Alpine School District Surplus will not release the item to you.

If you are having someone else picking up an item for you, you will need to have that person bring the Notice of Award and the Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), plus a note from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming them as authorized representative, along with their own personal identification.

The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from ASD Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Be prepared to load your items from a dock door or down a wheelchair ramp. Due to liability District personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.

-Shipping Information:
Winning bidders are solely responsible for all shipping arrangements as well as all associated costs. No items will be shipped until payment has been received.


The following Businesses will pick up, package and ship your purchase to your address location. Payment must be made prior to pick up. Upon payment contact one of The Businesses below and schedule a pick up. For more information contact one of the Businesses below.

These Businesses requires a copy of your Paid Receipt and Pictures of items being picked up. Failure to provide receipt and pictures, your items will not be released.

-Freight Information:
We do not have the ability to secure items to a pallet. Please call The UPS Store #2269 They are willing to come strap pallets.

When you arrange the freight, you need to send us the BOL
asdsurplus@alpinedistrict.org If we dont receive a BOL, we will not ship it.

Alpine School District Surplus assumes no liability for the pickup and shipment of your property. These companies are not agents acting on behalf of Alpine School District Surplus, but are only provided as a convenience. Your consent and agreement to accept shipping terms and conditions for picking up, packaging and transportation are exclusively between you and shipping vendors
All items must be paid for in full prior to being picked up.

-Removal Information:
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency's premises within seven (7) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting of the property. Under no circumstances will Alpine School District Surplus assume responsibility for packing, loading or transporting.

-Indemnification:
Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine School District Surplus for any and all damages, claims or liability of any nature of kind in the sale of or the buyer's use of the property. The buyer, its predecessors, successors and assigns hereby release, relinquish and discharge Alpine School District Surplus, its former, present and future agent, employees, from any and all liability arising out of the sale and/or concurrent negligence of Alpine School District Surplus for any injury, including death or damage to persons or property, where such damage is sustained in connection with or arising out of, the sale of Alpine School District Surplus owned property.

-Miscellaneous Information: Auctions end five (5) minutes AFTER the last bid.

-Understanding the Bidding History: Tie bids are awarded to the first bidder. Previous proxy bids will take precedent for anyone who matches an amount covered by the scope of the proxy.

-Eligibility to Bid: This auction site is available only to individuals who are legally able to form binding contracts as the buyer of an auction item. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the bidding process.
