Description
The item's running condition is unknown. Items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Items may be inspected by appointment only. Prior authorization will have to be sent by email if someone other than the winning bidder is collecting the vehicle. Per NRS 372.055 8.375% sales tax along with applicable county tax will be added at close of auction to high bidder.

The Buyer shall remove auction item(s) rom the District's premises within 5 business days of notfification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, and within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. The Buyer is responsible for loading and removing all of the property awarded to it from the District's premises as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.

PayMac, handles all payments for the Clark County School District.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Bid Deposits: The District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all bidders as a way to decrease default bidding.
