The item is a 2005 Sterling 12-yard dump body truck. Equipped with an MBE 4000 Mercedes engine, an Allison 4000 RDS automatic transmission, and factory-working a/c. The unit runs well and can be driven. The unit will require a jump start or new batteries when it is picked up.  Listed mileage is actual. Box length is 14 ft, the GVWR is 53,200, and it is equipped with air brakes.

Operation of the dump box and PTO is unknown.

The item is in running condition. Items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.  Items may be inspected by appointment only.  Prior authorization will have to be sent by email if someone other than the winning bidder is collecting the vehicle.  Per NRS 372.055 8.375% sales tax along with applicable county tax will be added at close of auction to high bidder.

The Buyer is responsible for loading and removing all of the property awarded to it from the District's premises as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.
