Description

This large framed oil on board artwork is by professional artist Moulias. It features a mountain man leading his horse through a snowy mountain range.
 
Condition notes: The art and matting appear to be in great condition. The frame has some scratches, but it's a rustic frame, so most aren't very noticeable. There appears to be a scratch in the paint on the left side of the piece, just below the tree line. The paper backing on the back of the frame is tearing at the top. Imperfections on the frame/paint/paper backing are shown in the close-up photos.
 
Measures 46" x 32.5" including the frame.
 
Auctions must be picked up within 5 business days of winning notice. Shipping not available. No exceptions.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
