Items are not inspected prior to being placed for auction.
Unit sold as is – No warranty – No guarantee
Tax will be charged on all applicable sales, regardless of the exemption status claimed. (buyers can submit for refund from their individual taxing authority).
PICK UP/REMOVAL: M-F 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment only – strictly enforced - (no weekends)
No repairs will be allowed on District 281 property – must be removed from site as is.
The bidder must be person picking up, no second party, as signature is needed for title documentation purposes. The vehicle’s sale date will be reported to the State of MN on the day it is picked up.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) from the agency's premises within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Robbinsdale Area Schools will not release the item to you.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
