NOTE: ALL WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES HAVE MINOR DENTS AND SCRATCHES ON A FEW PANELS AND ROCK CHIPS THROUGHOUT THE VEHICLES AS THEY ARE USED AS WORK VEHICLES.
NOTE: ALL WYOMING VEHICLE INTERIORS MAY HAVE TORN SEATS AND INTERIOR COSMETIC DAMAGE AS THEY ARE USED A WORK VEHICLES.
NOTE: ALL WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF VEHICLE WINDSHIELDS MAY CONTAIN CHIPS AND CRACKS.
NOTE: ALL WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. MAY BE MISSING SPARE TIRES AND JACKS.
NOTE: ALL WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ITEMS MAY HAVE UNKNOWN MECHANICAL ISSUES AND IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT THE ITEMS.

The decals will be removed and impressions remain.
Sold AS IS WHERE IS, winning bidder must pick up at the CHEYENNE, Wyoming location. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: DO NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP THE UNIT UNTIL YOU GET CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT FROM THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. WE WILL NOT RELEASE THE UNIT UNTIL CONFIRMATION FOR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE CHANGED. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAYMENT FOR WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AUCTIONS. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE VIA MONEY TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD THROUGH PUBLIC SURPLUS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

A seven percent (7%) Buyers Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. There will be a 4% to 7% percent Sales Tax added to items other than vehicles. The Bid Premium is the cost to the Department for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. The successful bidder shall be required to remit payment within five (5) Business days after notice of successful bid and remove the property within ten (10) Business days from the date of the successful bid.
PayMac handles all payments for the Department. All Sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.Taxes: Any and all taxes, federal, state and local, due on the sale of the equipment and/or vehicle(s) shall be paid by the successful bidder.
