Standard Disclaimer for Loudoun Water:
All Auction items are 'AS IS' with no warranty.
PayMac handles all payments for Loudoun Water.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
VA State/ local sales and/or Use tax of 6% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or Loudoun Water will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Loudoun Water may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. All items must be picked up. Loudoun Water will not ship.
