2016 Ford E-450 based ElDorad0 Aerotech 8+2 (8 seats, 2 wheelchair spots) paratransit vehicle. Runs and drives, but the check engine light is on and the vehicle surges when decelerating. Will not be repaired prior to sale. Sold as-is, no promises implied or made. Sales tax will be charged. If you feel you are exempt from sales tax, please contact public surplus for assistance. 
 
Note from work order:
Codes p0302/ p0316- #2 and multi misfire. Let warm up. Monitored misfires. none now. Runs on. Can hear loud engine noise for several min. sounds like lifters?? This #2 misfire has been written up many times recently, same issue. Plug and coil already replaced relative comp @ 155.  Suspect sticking valve, intake or exhaust. Rec pull cyl head, get valves repaired and new lifters.

Bid Deposits: the City of Everett may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac handles all payments for the City of Everett. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfers or credit cards.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

The City of Everett will charge a sales tax of 9.9% on all non-vehicle auctions.

Buyer Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Pick-up can only be made once the City receives payment from PayMac. This will occur by the Friday following when payment was made.

The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after the City receives payment from PayMac. The City will not ship items. You'll need to provide identification at pick-up, or the item will not be released. Pick-up times are available from 8:30 to 4:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
