Description

The Groen HFP/2E-4 is a 40-gallon, gas-powered manual tilt skillet (or braising pan) designed for high-volume commercial cooking. It is part of the Eclipse series and is designed for versatile cooking tasks, including braising, searing, steaming, and simmering.  Very good condition!
