Please Be Aware: We do not ship items, all items require pick up in Fairbanks, Ak. Pick up times are by appointment.
Successful bidder will be responsible for all packing, loading, removing and transporting of property and any cost associated with the removal.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. All property is sold as is, where is. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Unless prior arrangements are made, buyer must remove auction item(s) from the Fairbanks North Star Borough's premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
The Fairbanks North Star Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids or withdraw items.
