Description
Payment and Pickup Rules
- Payment: Must be made within 5 calendar days of the auction ending.
- Pickup: Must occur within 10 business days of the auction ending.
- No shipping: San Juan County does not ship items, nor do they allow outside shipping services.
- No third-party pickup: The buyer must pick up the item personally. No exceptions.

Item Condition
- Items are used and may have missing parts, broken pieces, or damaged/missing power cords.
- Sets may be incomplete.
- Items are not tested, and their working condition is unknown.
- All items are sold “AS IS”.
Inspection
- Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items before bidding.
- Appointments for inspection can be made at (505) 334-4553 or (505) 334-4554 (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays).
Default and Re-auction
- If an item is not paid for within 5 days, the buyer will be defaulted, and the auction will be offered to the next highest bidder if available.
Pickup Responsibilities
- Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor and materials to remove items.
- Pickup cannot be done Friday through Sunday or on holidays.
Disclaimer
All items are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.
Items sold must be paid for within 5 days and picked up within 10 days of close of auction at the County location indicated. Pick up times are Monday & Wednesday (Closed Fridays) between 8:00am and 5:00pm, holidays excluded, unless otherwise stated.
Except for vehicles which will be registered for use on public highways, applicable governmental gross receipts tax will be added to ALL purchases made unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.
All computers are sold without operating system (Windows). All hard drives have been formatted or removed.

Bid Deposits: SAN JUAN COUNTY may require bid deposits.
An additional 2.5% processing fee shall be added to final sale for credit cards, with a $2.00 minimum; for E-Checks there will be a $2.50 fee that shall be added to the final sale price.
